Hadassah Medical Organization is our largest project. The renowned Medical Center is located in Jerusalem on two sites, Ein Kerem and Mount Scopus. It is internationally recognized for its healthcare services, medical research, rehabilitation centers and outreach services, serving the needs of all Israeli citizens. Arabs from the West Bank and Gaza, as well as patients from Arab countries, the Mediterranean region, Africa, Eastern Europe, and the former Soviet Union also benefit from these services.
The Hadassah Medical Organization (HMO) is one of the world's leading institutions in healthcare. It is comprised of two medical facilities in Israel: the Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center at Ein Kerem and the Hadassah University Hospital at Mount Scopus. Each year, 600,000 patients from all over Israel and around the world seek medical care at HMO. They are cared for by approximately 4,000 medical, paramedical, and other staff, which examine and treat them in over 100 general and specialized departments, in 100 outpatient clinics, and in surgical, clinical, and oncological daycare services.
World-renowned for its cutting-edge research, the Hadassah Medical Centers conduct research at all levels in specialized institutes, interdisciplinary centers, and in almost every department. Emphasis is placed on clinical and scientific research, and may involve collaboration with other medical and scientific institutions worldwide, with the aim of advancing and improving medical care.
